Take Off Valve TOV

Take_off_valve_point_of_use_valve_with_SIP.CIP_satelite_valve_fpr_pharmaceutical_applicationsWe are pleased to introduce the Steridose "Take-off valve" (TOV) into our valve portfolio.

Take-off valve (TOV) is also known by other names within the market place such as:

  • Point of use valve.
  • T-zero dead leg valve.
  • True zero dead leg sampling valve.
  • Pipe outlet valve.

Features:

Specially designed as a sampling or point-of-use valve for applications such as WFI and PW loops.
The radial diaphragm seats flush to the inside of the main pipe the same way our bottom outlet valve seats to the lowest point in the vessel. Steridose TOV is totally dead leg free without any pressure drop in the main pipe in its closed position.
The advantage of this configuration versus a standard flat diaphragm valve is its ability to seal directly into the main pipe.
