Aseptic Valve Design Built for Demanding Process Environments

Sterivalve® features a proven radial diaphragm design that minimizes dead legs, improves drainability, and supports effective CIP, SIP, and autoclave procedures. All product-contact metal components are manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, with surface finishes better than Ra 0.38 μm, ensuring excellent cleanability and long-term performance.

Available with silicone, EPDM, or PTFE diaphragms, and configurable with manual or pneumatic actuators, Sterivalve® offers flexibility across a wide range of sterile and hygienic applications. Full material traceability is provided in accordance with EN 10204 3.1, supporting validation and regulatory compliance.
