Steridose Announces Acquisition and New Chapter of Growth

Steridose is pleased to announce that it has been acquired and will be part of an established group of companies: Holland Applied Technologies, BioFab Technologies, Liquid Process Equipment and W.A. Tompkins Co. The  , a trusted and established leader in sanitary mixing solutions serving the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and high-purity process industries, will no longer be discontinued and in fact the product line will be supported and primed for growth.

With this acquisition, Bio Fab Technologies will be the manufacturing location for the full Steridose® product portfolio, including mixers, drives, controls, and accessories. Our team is committed to preserving the quality, reliability, and performance Steridose customers expect—while strengthening product availability, customer support, and future innovation.

We are currently transferring inventory and operations to our Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin facility and anticipate being fully operational by mid-February.
